Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP)
Web-based virtual training | There is no fee to attend this activity | CMEs available
MC3 and the Michigan Public Health Institute have partnered with The REACH Institute to offer exclusive training to primary care providers (PCPs) in Michigan.
The REACH Institute’s Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP) program, led by renowned psychiatrists and PCPs, enables providers to deliver effective, evidence-based mental health care to child and adolescent patients. After completing the program, participants can confidently assess, manage, and treat the most common mental health conditions among patients, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more.
The PPP program includes 3-day, interactive sessions online followed by twice-monthly calls over four months where participants can present real patient cases to receive feedback and coaching from REACH’s faculty.
Target audience for this series:
Primary care providers in Michigan including M.D.s, D.O.s, N.P., and P.A.s
Interactive sessions where PCPs develop skills and comfort in using evidence-based screening tools, treatments, and strategies to integrate mental health into the primary care setting.
Twice-Monthly Case Calls
Month - month?
Participants join twice-monthly calls over four months where they present real patient cases, share their approaches, and receive feedback from peers and coaching from REACH’s faculty.
