In her role as Senior Administrative Assistant, Jamie Kasmier is the primary administrative contact for MC3’s expansion work into emergency services settings. Jamie enjoys helping others and is always looking for opportunities to make a positive contribution, particularly in her work. She brings with her a wealth of experience as an office manager in urgent care, a practice manager for a surgical institute, and more recently working for Corewell Health. She has been in management roles for most of her career and is excited to join MC3 in this new capacity.

Sarah Wise, B.S.N., R.N.

Emergency Services Project Manager

Sarah Wise leads MC3’s efforts to expand into emergency services settings. Her nursing career began 33 years ago and she now is a Caritas Coach at the Watson Caring Science Institute. Most recently, Sarah held the position of Director of Behavioral Health Services for Boulder Community Health, where she led the transformation and development of behavioral health services for the healthcare system. Sarah’s areas of expertise, which she brings with her to MC3, include leadership, project management, change management, clinical education, and clinical ethics. Throughout her professional career, Sarah has always used Dr. Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring to guide her work.

Kara Kucinski, B.A.

Communications Specialist

Kara Kucinski is the most recent addition to the MC3 communications and marketing team. She brings with her more than 7 years of experience in marketing and communications strategy, working in industries including manufacturing, health care, and home care. Throughout her career, Kara has managed digital and print marketing campaigns as well as helped establish and grow brands. In her new role at MC3, Kara will manage ongoing communications tasks including updating marketing materials, producing quarterly newsletters, and strengthening the program’s online presence.
