Crisis and Coping Workbook

The MC3 Crisis and Coping Workbook with Activities for Youth and Families is a practical resource designed for youth and caregivers navigating a mental health crisis. Download and share it with your patients to help them build coping skills, feel less alone, and access support during and after a crisis.

How the workbook helps youth and their caregivers:

  • Youth and caregivers can use it as a private, trusted resource when emotions feel overwhelming
  • Easy to share across caregivers and support systems
  • Includes activities and coping tools to manage intense feelings and reduce emotional escalation
  • Reinforces hope and connection: youth are more than the crisis, and families don’t have to face it alone
