If you are a care provider such as a doula, lactation consultant, therapist, or other professional who works with perinatal women in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Ingham, or Washtenaw County*, and you would like to refer your clients to free virtual mental health support, please sign up for MC3 Perinatal Patient Care.
*While this service is no longer offered in Genesee County, providers in Genesee are encouraged to refer patients to MC3’s Behavioral Resource Specialist.
Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a welcome email with marketing materials and instructions on how to refer to the program.
Please note, if you are a prescriber and already signed up for MC3 consultation, you don’t need to sign up again here as you are automatically eligible to refer to Perinatal Patient Care.
